At BeautifulSupplements.com, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

Important: Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations regarding food supplements, we cannot accept returns on opened packages or used products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your supplements. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.

Time Limit: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please email us with your order number and a photo of the damaged product.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return for an unopened item or to report a damaged product, please contact our support team at support@beautifulsupplements.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method via Stripe. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
